I want to thank you for being a part of teaching Bible class
It is never an easy task taking on teaching. It is one part art, one part science, and fifty parts patience and dedication.
For me, this is a ministry I want to be a part of, and something that God requests of us. Spreading the gospel to the world, starts at home. And this is one of the special ways we can continue God's work

Purpose
Sunday Morning Bible Class will be starting Sunday, March 7, 2021 Here are some important guidelines that came out of Teachers meeting. .
What do we need for class?
Educational Ministry will work to get all the kids classes cleaning supplies
Cleaning Supplies
- Lysol
- Clorox Wipes
- Hand Sanitizer
Classroom Layout
- Young Classes - Cradle Roll and 2s-3s. - No Special recommendations.
- Older Children - 4s and Up - Spread 6 ft seeting.
The above will be readdressed starting summer quarter in accordance with current pandemic considerations
Mask Requirements
The expectation is that we follow Midwest City Ordanances concerning masks. In public places children 11 up are required to wear masks. Currently all Kids 10 years and younger are not required to wear masks.
Number of Classes
Recommended Requirement Sunday: 7 kids classes, 2 Adult Bible Classes
Wednesday: 4 combined kids classes, 1 adult Bible class and 1 5 o'clock adult bible class.
As we get to March, there may be some adjustments depending on what the turn-out looks like. The primary requirement for Bible class is that we have a teacher and students, if one or more of those is missing we can't really have a bible class for that age group! :)

Curriculum
For those classes being taught on Wednesday we will maintain where we left off on the current classrooms. Any new classes (i.e. Kindergarten) will start from 1st Quarter of curriculum, but exceptions may be made
It will be pretty much a half year. I will recommend promotion Sunday be held in Fall when school goes back into session. With that said, any Bible Classes will be taught for only half a year before we promote, so unfortunately there will be content missed.
If teachers want to make a whirlwind tour through the year curriculum, that is not an issue.
